Exceptional Reporting
I have developed a hybrid style that results in a detailed but understandable report. The home is broken down by system and by room. I avoid technical jargon in my comments, and I include plenty of pictures and videos for illustration. The pictures and videos are numbered and referenced in the text to avoid any confusion. I also include a summary so that you know what is important. My reports are delivered online via a HomeGauge account that I create for my clients. You can view your report on any device from your HomeGauge account, and you can forward it to a 3rd party if you need to.
