What to expect:
- We will ask some detailed questions about the property to be inspected. We do this in order to gather the scope of services needed so we can provide you with the best possible pricing.
- Regardless of the way you choose to schedule your appointment, we will talk to you live to confirm the appointment and to go over the quote. Please ask any questions that you may have! Our customers are very important to us and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your experience with us.
- You will receive a confirmation email containing a link to our business services site where you can sign an inspection agreement. The agreement outlines the scope of the services provided, along with legal stuff that our insurers require. The agreement needs to be signed before the inspection. Don't worry, you can still cancel an appointment if you need to after you have signed an agreement!
- Our customers are encouraged to attend the inspection at the set time and date. This allows your inspector to cover the results of the inspection with you in real time, and to provide helpful value-added information about maintaining your home.
- The inspector will generate a detailed report for you in an easy to read and understand format, which will be delivered to you via our online service. Your report will be delivered within 24 hours, with most being delivered same day. There are exceptions to this due to the scope of an inspection; if this applies we will communicate the timing at the conclusion of the physical inspection.
